The cigars are expertly hand crafted at the historic El Reloj cigar factory, which is owned by J.C. Newman and located in Tampa, Florida. The Leroy Neiman 2023 Collector’s Edition Toro was crafted to celebrate the life, works, and memory of the celebrated American artist Leroy Neiman. Only 500 collectible boxes of 20 cigars per box were made.
