Its 7-years old USA Connecticut Shade wrapper cloaks a Honduran binder and aged Dominican Republic and Nicaraguan filler. The blend’s Nicaraguan Ligero leaves adds a little punch to this otherwise silky smooth cigar. The Rocky Patel Vintage 1999 is handmade in Honduras.
