Its delectable, oily USA Connecticut maduro wrapper is expertly placed over an Ecuadorian binder and long-filler leaves from Nicaragua. The EP Carrillo Pledge brand was created as a tribute to cigar aficionados. The cigar is hand crafted at the Tabacalera Alianza in the Dominican Republic.
