The Casdagli Mareva Spalato II is hand crafted at the Kelner Boutique Factory in the Dominican Republic. The cigar was created for the Cigar Smoking World Championship Finals. It is an annual competition in which the winner is determined by who takes the longest to finish a cigar. The finals are held in Split, Croatia.
