Its oily, dark chocolate Mexican maduro wrapper covers an Ecuadorian binder and long-filler tobaccos from Nicaragua and Peru. The Fratello Arlequin is sure to put a smile on your face from first puff to last with its rich tobacco sweetness and hints of spice. The Arleguin (which is Spanish for Harlequin) was a character in Italian comedy theatre.
