Its Ecuadorian Connecticut claro wrapper drapes a Piloto Cubano binder, and Criollo 98 and Piloto Cubano long-filler leaves. Handmade at Jose “Jochy” Blanco’s Tabacalera Palma factory in the Dominican Republic. Just the cap of the Rough Rider Sweets Connecticut is sweetened, the rest of the cigar is not flavored, this lets the smoker enjoy the tobacco’s natural flavors and aromas.
