Handmade in the Dominican Republic at Jose “Jochy” Blanco’s Tabacalera Palma factory. The Cibao Cibaitos Cigarillos’ binder and filler tobaccos are grown in Blanco’s farms, which are situated in the Cibao Valley, a region known for its mineral-rich fertile soils and lush tobacco fields.
