Shark Cigar VIP Club Terms and Conditions

By registering for the Shark Cigar VIP Club service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. The initial membership fee for joining the VIP Club is $59.95 per year.

2. VIP Club membership is valid for twelve months. You must have a registered sharkcigar.com customer account to subscribe, and you must check out using that registered account. Registration on sharkcigar.com is limited to adults aged 21 and over.

3. We ship worldwide. For Shark Cigar VIP members, our free shipping policy has no minimum order requirement for domestic orders. For international orders, free economy shipping is available on orders over $99, and free priority shipping is available on orders over $249. There is no limit on the quantity of orders.

4. Violation of any of these terms and conditions will result in termination of your membership, and no refunds will be issued.

5. Shark Cigar reserves the right to accept or reject membership and to change these terms and conditions at our discretion without notice. You can view the current terms and conditions of the VIP Club at www.sharkcigar.com. If any changes to these terms and conditions are found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that change is severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or terms. Continuing your membership after Shark Cigar has made changes to these terms and conditions indicates your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any changes, you must cancel your membership.

6. The VIP Club is for personal use by consumers only and is not intended for trade customers purchasing products for commercial, resale, or wholesale purposes. Purchasing products for resale violates these terms. You may not transfer or assign your membership or any benefits to anyone else.

7. Shark Cigar may terminate your VIP membership at its discretion without notice. If we do so, we will issue a prorated refund based on the remaining full months of your membership year. However, if we terminate your membership due to a violation of these terms and conditions or any applicable laws, or for fraudulent activities or abuse of the VIP Club membership that harms our interests, we will not issue any refunds. Our failure to insist on or enforce strict compliance with these terms and conditions does not constitute a waiver of any rights.
